Phillip is a Physiotherapist with a background in Exercise & Sports Science. He has a strong passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions - whether you're recovering from an acute injury, managing persistent pain, or just looking to optimize your performance.
Over the years, he worked in various different settings including private practice, gyms, and workplace rehab. His experience includes:

- Strength & Conditioning, Hypertrophy, Powerlifting
- Work related injuries & CTP
Phillip has a special interest in the management of spinal conditions, chronic pain, and sports injuries - with an emphasis on building long-term resilience. He integrates an evidence-based approach to provide patients with a tailored treatment plan guided by a thorough clinical assessment to identify the root cause of your pain. His treatment approach utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise and dry needling to reduce pain and improve movement quality.
Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find him on a tennis court, lifting weights, or running with friends. He loves to remain active in his daily life and believes building strength and fitness is the elixir to health & longevity.
